Coach Molina enters his 3rd season as a coach at Blackman High school as the Freshman Head Football Coach. Prior to coming to Blackman High School, he served as the offensive line coach for Blackman Middle School. He has spent 15 years coaching at the youth level in the Blackman community and at Middle Tennessee Christian School.

In addition to his volunteering, his company, Tony Molina Homes, also generously donates to the BHS and BMS football programs and other school organizations.

He resides in Murfreesboro with his wife Casey and four children: Ian, Isaiah, Allee, and Micah.
